Working at Autumn Oak

Considering a role at Autumn Oak Speech, Voice and Hearing in Friendswood, TX? Find answers about open positions, team culture, our two clinics, and how to apply.

Autumn Oak Speech, Voice and Hearing welcomes applications from audiologists, speech-language pathologists, clinical fellows (SLP CFs), speech-language pathologist assistants, audiology and vestibular technicians, patient care coordinators, and office administrators. Our 20-member team works across both the speech pathology clinic at 820 S Friendswood Dr and the audiology clinic at 699 S Friendswood Dr, so opportunities exist on the clinical side and the patient-experience side.

Even when no specific role is posted, we are happy to keep your application on file. Submit the form on this page and a member of our team will reach out the moment a matching opening becomes available.

Speech-language pathology candidates should hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with Texas licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP; clinical fellows are welcomed if you have completed your academic requirements and are ready to begin your CFY. Audiologist candidates should hold an Au.D. or M.S. in Audiology with current Texas licensure (ASHA CCC-A and/or ABA certification preferred). Specialized training in LSVT-LOUD, Vital-Stim, AAC, vestibular rehabilitation, or pediatric care is highly valued.

For technician, patient care coordinator, and office administrator roles, a healthcare or audiology background is a plus but not required. We hire for warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help patients.

Autumn Oak is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice where audiologists, speech-language pathologists, clinical fellows, technicians, and administrators learn from each other every day. Because we operate dedicated speech and audiology clinics — plus an on-site music therapy partner through Helpful Harmonies — clinicians here treat the full pathway from ear to brain to voice without sending patients elsewhere.

Our retention reflects the culture: several team members have been with the practice for more than 10 years, including staff who have been here since the practice's first year of operation. The pace is steady, patient relationships are long-term, and the work consistently earns 4.9-star reviews across both Friendswood, TX clinics.

Complete the application form on this page with your name, contact information, area of expertise, and a brief message about your background. You can also upload your resume so our hiring team has a complete picture of your qualifications, certifications, and clinical experience.

Once we review your application, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a conversation. If you would prefer to introduce yourself first, call (346) 474-4626 — Ext. 2 for the speech pathology clinic or Ext. 3 for the audiology clinic.

Autumn Oak is the only practice in South Texas where you can build a career alongside a dually certified speech-language pathologist and neuroaudiologist — a credential held by less than 0.3% of clinicians nationwide. Partnerships with the American Institute of Balance and an on-site music therapy practice mean clinicians here regularly work with patients and treatments most local clinics cannot offer.

Pediatric therapists work in a clinic equipped with an indoor pediatric gym and extensive therapy materials, and full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and dedicated CEU support. You will also train alongside colleagues already certified in LSVT-LOUD, Vital-Stim, vestibular rehabilitation, and orofacial myofunctional therapy.

Our speech pathology clinic is at 820 S Friendswood Dr Suite 100 inside Bancorpsouth Professional Park, and our audiology clinic is at 699 S Friendswood Dr. Ste 104 — both in Friendswood, TX with on-site parking and wheelchair access.

Depending on your role, you may work at one location or split time across both. We serve patients from Friendswood, Pearland, League City, Webster, Texas City, and the greater South Houston area. If you have questions before applying, call (346) 474-4626 — Ext. 2 for speech, Ext. 3 for audiology.
