Our speech pathology office is at 820 S Friendswood Dr Suite 100, Friendswood, TX 77546, located on the first floor of Bancorpsouth Professional Park. The building has shared lot parking with spaces close to the entrance, and the office is fully wheelchair accessible with ground-level entry.

This location welcomes patients from Friendswood, Pearland, League City, Webster, Texas City, Clear Lake, and the greater Houston, Galveston, and Bay Area Houston communities. Our audiology office is just down the road at 699 S Friendswood Dr. Ste 104 if your visit also involves hearing care.

Our Friendswood speech pathology office provides the full range of speech-language services — articulation therapy, stuttering and fluency treatment, voice disorders, apraxia, dysarthria, aphasia, accent reduction, and cognitive-communication therapy. We also offer specialized programs including LSVT-LOUD for Parkinson's, Vital-Stim swallowing therapy, and orofacial myofunctional therapy.

Our team treats both children and adults through a multi-disciplinary group of speech-language pathologists, clinical fellows, and assistants. Patients can also receive on-site music therapy through our partnership with Helpful Harmonies Music Therapy, which complements speech and cognition treatment plans.

Please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, any prior speech or language evaluations, school-based therapy reports for children, and any physician referrals or written orders. If your child has an IEP or 504 plan, bring relevant sections — they help us align therapy goals with classroom support.

For adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, or progressive conditions, written notes from your physician or rehab team are also helpful. Plan on 60 to 75 minutes for the initial evaluation. A family member is welcome to attend — they can share how speech, voice, or cognitive concerns are showing up in daily life and hear our recommendations firsthand.
