Hear for the New Year!
Give the gift of hearing by nominating a loved one for a chance to gift them a pair of FREE Hearing Aids! Autumn Oak is teaming up with ReSound to give away 2 pairs of free hearing aids to people in need. Simply submit a completed nomination form, describing why someone you know would benefit from a pair of hearing aids. Must be 14 years of age or older and have current medical insurance to be nominated. You cannot nominate yourself. Submissions are due by Monday, February 12th. The recipient will be announced Friday, February 16th.
